"But as for you, O man of God, flee these things. Pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, steadfastness, gentleness. Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called and about which you made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses." 1 Timothy 6:11-12
Dear friend,
Keep scrolling to let me pray 1 Timothy 6:11-12 (ESV) over you! May you be filled with peace and the comfort of God's presence as you read over these words of hope.

"But as for you, O man of God, flee these things. Pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, steadfastness, gentleness." (v.11)
Heavenly Father, you've called the woman reading this to a life filled with eternal purpose for Your glory. Help my sister in Christ, a beloved woman of God, flee the passions and worthless pursuits of this world. Daily, create in her a clean heart and renew a steadfast spirit in her that she may glorify you in word, deed, and thought. May her life be a beautiful reflection of Jesus because she wholeheartedly pursues righteousness, godliness, faith, love, steadfastness, and gentleness.
When she falters, prompt her to go to Your throne of grace with confidence knowing you will meet her with an abundance of grace, mercy, and steadfast love.
"Fight the good fight of the faith." (v.12a)
O Lord, you see the opposition and obstacles my friend is facing. Help her not grow weary of doing good. Help her fight the good fight of the faith with passion, fervor, and a desire to be a light in this dark world. When she get's knocked down, give her the strength to get back up, again and again.
Comfort and refresh her spirit when she is tempted to quit. May she take shelter under the refuge of Your wings, knowing that You go before her and behind her in battle. Surround her with other believers who will stand and fight with her, too.
"Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called and about which you made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses." (v.12b)
Oh Lord, help my sister in Christ wrap her hands and heart tightly around your future promise of eternal life in Christ. May she preach the gospel to herself daily, knowing deep in her soul, every single Word is true. Continually rekindle the spiritual fire she felt the day she first believed.
May she fight daily, supported by a solid hope and certainty that one day every single battle she overcomes will be worth it. Christ is a King worth surrendering to, living and dying for. May she take up her cross daily with the hope that one glorious day, all things will be made new and every single promise You made will come to fruition. In fact, it's already been done. My friend believes. Help her unbelief.
In Jesus Name, Amen.
