"But this I call to mind, and therefore I have hope: The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." Lamentations 3:21-23

Hey friend!

Recently, at a Proverbs 31 Ministries event, I learned a praying through scripture technique. It's been so helpful, so I wanted to share it with you.

It's simple!

1. Pick a daily routine with several steps (e.g., make-up routine, showering, driving to carline, working out, doing dishes, etc.).

2. Choose a scripture to pray through as you follow the steps of your routine.

I will periodically send new verses that I will pray over you. You can pray it over yourself and your loved ones during your daily routines too!

Keep scrolling to let me pray Lamentations 3:21-26 (ESV) over you!

Lamentations 3

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲 (𝘃.𝟮𝟭):

Heavenly Father, you see the afflictions, hardships, and burdens that weigh on the woman reading this. Please help her turn her eyes toward You and recall all Your promises, so her hope is renewed.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀 (𝘃.𝟮𝟮.𝗮);

Help her to know, to honestly know deep down to her bones, that she is dearly loved by You. It's a covenantal love that cannot be broken; it will never end. Remind her of this truth when her circumstances taunt her and make her feel like your love has left her. Help her to feel and experience your love in tangible ways.

𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝗱; 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝘃.𝟮𝟮𝗯-𝟮𝟯𝗮);

When she feels defeated by her day, remind her that she can start fresh in the morning. As the dawn arrives, may Your mercies welcome, embrace, and guide her through her day.
As she walks with you today, shower her with your lovingkindness, mercy, grace, forgiveness, compassion, comfort, goodness, peace, strength, and truth. Thank you that your mercies will never end.

𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 (𝘃. 𝟮𝟯𝗯).

Lord, thank Your for your faithfulness to us. Help my friend to see Your goodness in the little and big things this week. May her thinking begin to shift as she remembers these truths each day. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
